For many people this did not just happen. Patterns and habits develop throughout life. Sometimes obvious, sometimes subtle.

In my coaching and training there is room to explore that. Working from proven methods such as mindfulness, self-compassion, relaxation and cognitive behavioral psychology. In a friendly, non-judgmental way.

Hello, I am Nathalie. A family therapist, behavioral scientist, educator, mindfulness trainer and coach / counsellor with over twenty years of experience guiding and counseling people in education, (youth) care and daily life.

I work with people who give, care, carry, organize, just don't know what they want and can do anymore. People who in the hustle and bustle of the day sometimes forget what it is like to really pause for a moment.

Whether you are a parent, professional, manager or caregiver. You don't have to do it alone.

Working with proven methods such as mindfulness, self-compassion and deep relaxation, I work with you through individual sessions, group trainings or in workshops. Practical, down to earth and with space to stop, see and feel again what you need and step by step build more peace and resilience.

When you work with me

I work with evidence based methods and approaches that have been shown to work, both focusing on our thoughts, feelings and body. As human beings, we are a whole of all of these and chances are we will use a variety of approaches. Everyone is different, so I tune into what you need. Among the methods and exercises I use are those based on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion and deep relaxation and breathing.

Change takes courage and time. That's why we do it step by step, in a way that works for you.

With more than 20 years of experience in (youth) care and education, I know how difficult it is to keep the balance when caring for others in work and at home. Despite my knowledge and experience, it was also a challenge for me to combine work, family and the other roles I had.

On my own search for peace, space and balance, I discovered the power of mindful living, nature and self-compassion.

Now I guide others in regaining peace, energy and direction in life. Because of my background, I specialize in supporting parents and caring (education) professionals and care providers with (looming) exhaustion, stress or overwhelm. That said, anyone looking for more peace, healthy energy, resilience and focus in life is welcome here.
