With more than 20 years of experience in (youth) care and education, I know how difficult it is to keep the balance when caring for others in work and at home. Despite my knowledge and experience, it was also a challenge for me to combine work, family and the other roles I had.

On my own search for peace, space and balance, I discovered the power of mindful living, nature and self-compassion.

Now I guide others in regaining peace, energy and direction in life. Because of my background, I specialize in recovery from (looming) exhaustion, stress or overwhelm in parents and caring (education) professionals and social workers. However, everyone is welcome to work with me.
