Despite my knowledge and experience, I faced the challenges of navigating stressful environments while striving to fulfill my roles as a mother, sister, daughter and friend.

Seeking more peace and fulfillment, I embarked on a journey to rediscover what I really wanted deep in my heart and began to create a life that is more balanced. I understand the challenges of taking that first step on a new path, but through my own experiences and guiding others to rediscover their power and essence, I have learned that you are not alone.
